By accessing or using the services of Medical Logistics Express, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms outline our commitments and your responsibilities for a smooth partnership.
Your Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all items are properly packaged, sealed, labeled, and compliant with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including HIPAA, OSHA, and DOT requirements where applicable. Medical Logistics Express reserves the right to refuse any shipment that is unsafe, improperly packaged, inaccurately described, or otherwise non-compliant.
Our Service Commitment & Limitations
Medical Logistics Express provides professional medical courier and logistics services. We act solely as a transportation provider and do not offer medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We require accurate pickup/delivery details; we are not responsible for delays from incorrect information or circumstances beyond our reasonable control like weather or traffic. Delivery times are estimates unless agreed otherwise in writing. We do not transport illegal, hazardous (unless approved), or undisclosed materials.
Fees, Liability & Governing Law
All fees are based on distance, urgency, wait time, after-hours service, and special handling; fees are non-refundable once service has begun. Late or unpaid balances may result in suspension or termination of services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Medical Logistics Express is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability for loss or damage is limited to the lesser of the actual value of the shipment or $100 per shipment, unless additional coverage is agreed to in writing prior to service. Couriers providing services may operate as independent contractors. Medical Logistics Express reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services for safety concerns, regulatory violations, non-payment, or breach of these terms. These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Medical Logistics Express may update these terms at any time, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
